Cleaning Checklists

Bathrooms: Sink and faucet, shower/ tub, toilet, all countertops and surfaces, sweep or vacuum and mop floors, upper shelves and ceiling light or fan, door and knob, light switches, outside of cabinets, 

spot check walls and baseboard, empty trash and wipe can.

Kitchen: Fridge exterior, stovetop, outside of any other appliances, microwave, hood fan, sink and faucet, countertops, backsplash, all surfaces, cabinet fronts, dust furniture, sweep or vacuum and mop floors, ceiling fixtures, light switches, doors and knobs, trash can and wipe outside, spot check walls and baseboards.

Bedrooms: Sweep or vacuum and mop floors, make beds, wipe any surfaces, spot check walls and baseboard, door and knobs, light switches, ceiling fixtures, mirrors, dusting.

Laundry Room: Wipe chaplaincy exteriors, sweep or vacuum and mop floors, wipe all other surfaces, ceiling fixtures, door and knobs, light switches, spot check walls, empty trash and wipe can, dust any furniture and shelves.

Add any other rooms with a similar task list such as living room, dining room, play room, office and more

We use the same task list as the Standard Home Cleaning but we add a few additional items for landlord approval and a very thorough inspection upon completion to ensure nothing was missed.

Check for burnt lightbulbs

Check all walls

Check all baseboards

Check every cabinet

Check every drawer

Ensure appliances are well done

Check every bedroom

Check bathroom including behind toilet

Check kitchen including inside all appliances

Double check all other rooms and spaces are prepared for new tenants
